Yes. To get started we need access to nothing at all: you pick a design, upload a photo of your menu and your website builds itself. Only when you want to switch on the “Book a table” button in Google will we ask you to authorise that one specific connection; we handle the integration with Google Search and Google Maps.

You can carry on using them. Most restaurants gradually reduce their dependence on the marketplaces once direct bookings from Google and from their own website start to climb.

Your website and QR menu are generated instantly as soon as you upload a photo of your menu and choose a design: you can have them ready the same day. The native Google integration (Reserve with Google) usually takes a few days longer because it depends on Google’s approval.

No. If you can take a photo on your phone, you can use MesaAI. You upload a photo of your menu and the system builds the website and the QR menu; everything after that is edited from a dashboard built for restaurant owners, not developers.

Yes. You get a monthly invoice with VAT itemised, ready for your accountant. The £79/month is exclusive of VAT.

Change a dish or a price from your phone and it updates instantly on the website, on the QR menu and in the structured data Google and the AI assistants read. Nothing to reprint and nobody to wait for.

You choose whether to carry on at £79/month. If you do not, your site simply pauses: you keep your menu, your bookings and everything you have loaded, and you can switch it back on whenever you like. We do not ask for a card to start the trial.
